Rumination's Impact on Sleep Difficulties

Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? Are you waking up in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep? Do you wake up too early and find yourself unable to fall back asleep?

Public Profile

Participants over 18 who are fluent in English and have sleep difficulties.

Anyone under the age of 18 who does not struggle with sleep.

Adults who experience sleep difficulties may be eligible. Participants will be asked to complete an online survey.
