Seeking older adults with diagnosed Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and/or mild behavioral symptoms
Enrollment for this study is expected to close on Thursday, March 26, 2026
Overview
What we are studying
This observational study is being carried out to determine whether new automated telephone and computer-based tests that will be completed in our office can help doctors make an early diagnosis for Alzheimer’s Disease and track early changes in daily functioning. These tests will also be compared to paper and pen tests of memory and thinking and mood and behavior. And they will also be compared to MRI and PET imaging scans of your brain.
Why it is important
It is important to do this in order to identify early detection and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
What we hope to accomplish
To determine whether these new automated telephone and computer-based tests could be an easy and and inexpensive way to help primary care physicians track early diagnoses that are associated with Alzheimer's disease.
